ANNIE TALASHOVA IS A COLLAGE ARTIST AND VISUAL DIRECTOR BASED IN PARIS, WORKING WITH BRANDS, BOOKS AND EDITORIAL PROJECTS. BEFORE WORKING INDEPENDENTLY SHE SPENT FIFTEEN YEARS INSIDE FASHION IN MILAN, ON BRAND IMAGE AND CONTENT.

IN MY WORDS

I have been cutting images out of magazines since I was a child. Not to decorate anything -because a page of things that felt like me gave me something a list never could. I still work the same way, mostly digitally now.

What I actually do - for a brand, a book, or a person - is find the thread. Not what's trending. Not what worked for someone else. The specific, slightly strange, entirely personal thing that keeps showing up in what you save and what you wear.

I WORK WITH BRANDS ON THEIR IMAGE, AND ONE TO ONE WITH PEOPLE ON THEIRS.
